So while I have been impressed with the overall quality of PCB items, especially for their cost, the PLM shafts and screws have been annoyingly inconsistent.

When I received my first four shafts, three of them required replacement for either being drilled short or stripped. Once I got my three replacement rods, which all are drilled correctly, I realized 2 out of my 4 screws also had issues. I can't tighten the the two screws down to the point of it being usable on any of the shafts.

So now I need replacement screws or the specs for the screws so I can go buy a few replacements.

My suggestion is to ship the shafts with the screws all ready hand tightened onto the shafts to help with quality control. Either the quality control is poor, or I am an incredibly unlucky person.

I ended up calling Customer Support when I didn't get a response here. For future reference in case anyone searches for information on the screws, they are 1/2" Long 5/16"-24 thread.
