Hi,

I have 2 White Lightning monolights an Ultra 1200 and an Ultra 600 that both have an odd issue. Would like to get your take to see if it is an easy (read: inexpensive) fixable situation or not.

- The Ultra 1200 emits a very weak flash no matter what setting or where I am on the slider bar.

- Ultra 600 flashes correctly, but one side or the other of the flash will continue to emit an odd glow in the tube (Pictured)

Any ideas on either of these?
