Vagabond II does not even turn on when the switch is on Slow, and seems to be sluggish in fast mode, longest its even gone unplugged was a day, no issues ever before this.

Are not getting any response from the slow side? No lights at all? If it seems to just be super weak on the slow side, and weak on the fast side, you may want to check the battery. Remove the plastic tray and the inverter. Look for corrosion on the battery terminals, swelling of the battery, crack in the battery, etc. Also, make sure all connections are snug and there are no breaks in the wiring. You may also want to connect the alligator clips to the inverter and connect to a car battery to see if the same characteristics exist.

Slow mode all lights are off, except for the green charged light...

no fan noise or anything, in fast mode the green light comes on and the fan goes on, it just doesn't sound healthy to me for some reason, VII is maybe a year old tops, the terminals and the battery itself look mint, no obvious corrosion, swelling, or cracks.

I'll disconnect the inverter and try the car battery in a little bit.
